Since the inception of Internet, the world has seen radical changes in the way we communicate and blogging is the prime example of such a change. Simply, blogging is the act of writing to reach mass audience by utilizing the Internet as a principal mode. The writers of these blogs are known as bloggers. Now, professional bloggers have taken the concept a step further and developed it into a more professional rhetoric which includes the most common concepts found in Journalism. Like Journalism, bloggers write everything from personal diaries, travel tales to news reports and product reviews.
Video blogging is a relatively new concept which highlights the issues from video clips rather than the content in writing. It should be noted that blogging is synonymous with writing but it is in fact a much more informal style of writing. The popularity of blogging stemmed from its freedom of choice. Blogging provides bloggers more freedom of choice and ideas. The development of Internet has really provided bloggers a more liberal choice. According to the Wired Magazine there were approximately seventy seven million readers of Internet blogs in United States alone which further its claim to one of the most dynamic medium of communications. It might well be the most preferred choice among readers and writes.
